4 ½ tablespoons of unflavored gelatin.
1 cup of cold water.
1 big package of cream cheese
1 cup condensed milk
4 guavas cooked in 1 liter of water
In the cup of water hydrate the unflavored gelatin; blend and strain the cooked guavas.
In a blender put the cheese and the condensed milk.
In a sauce pan heat the blended guava and add the hydrated unflavored gelatin, dissolve and let it cool down, in the same saucepan add the guava sauce and mix it very well. Pour the mixture in a previously greased mold and put it in the refrigerator until it curdled.
